These terms apply when you visit milesbaker.studio and use websites, demos, or tools operated by Miles Baker Studio (“I,” “me,” or “the Studio”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using the site and tools

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or private tools without authorization, or use a tool to harm others or violate their rights.

Private tools and accounts

Some tools require an invitation or an approved sign-in through Google and Cloudflare Access. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through your authorized access. I may change or remove access when needed to protect a tool or its users.

Demo content and tool outputs

Demos may use fictional sample records and may reset when you reload. Calculations, estimates, charts, and other outputs are provided to help organize information; check important details before relying on them. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, a tool is not financial, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

Your information

You remain responsible for information you enter and for having the right to use it. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use or share. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Ownership

The Studio’s original site design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Miles Baker or used with permission, except where a page says otherwise. You may use the tools for their intended purpose, but may not copy, resell, or redistribute Studio materials without permission. Information you enter remains yours.

Third-party services and links

Some features rely on services such as Google or Cloudflare, or link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and policies. I am not responsible for services operated by others.

Availability and liability

The site and tools are provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, I make no warranties about uninterrupted access or error-free results and am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or tools. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
