Miles Baker Studio · Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
This policy explains how Miles Baker Studio (“I,” “me,” or “the Studio”), operated by Miles Baker, handles information when you visit milesbaker.studio or use a Studio website, demo, or tool.
Information you provide
If you contact me, I receive the information you send, such as your email address and message. Some tools let you enter information into forms or records. That information is used to provide the tool’s features and is handled by the service hosting that particular tool.
Google sign-in and Cloudflare Access
Some Studio tools are available only to approved users. Those tools may use Google as a sign-in provider through Cloudflare Access. Google and Cloudflare process sign-in information to authenticate you and enforce access rules. Depending on the sign-in configuration, this can include your email address, name, and profile information, as well as sign-in and security events.
Google sign-in is used to verify your identity. It does not give the Studio access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google account content. The Studio does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google’s and Cloudflare’s own privacy policies also apply to their services.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site or a protected tool, the site’s hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and timestamps. Cloudflare Access may use cookies or similar storage to maintain a secure sign-in session and remember security preferences.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the websites and tools, authenticate approved users, keep records you choose to enter, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations. Information is shared only with providers that help host, secure, or operate a service, when you ask me to share it, or when required by law.
Storage and retention
Storage and retention depend on the tool. Some tools store information with Cloudflare or another hosting provider; sample demos may keep data only in the browser or reset it when you reload. I keep information only as long as it is needed for the tool, its security, or a legitimate recordkeeping need. Because each tool can work differently, check its own notices and settings before entering sensitive information.
Your choices
You can stop using a tool, clear its local browser data, or ask me to review, correct, or delete information you provided. Access to a private tool can also be removed. Some technical records may remain temporarily in provider logs or backups.
Other websites
Studio pages may link to services operated by other people or companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Children
Studio tools are not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
I may update this policy as the site or its tools change. The date above shows when it was last revised. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
